Quality Control and Quality Assurance Protocol Capabilities

Experienced and Qualified Personnel:

  • Our team comprises highly skilled quality professionals with 8 to 15 years of industry-specific expertise. Personnel are qualified in non-destructive testing per ASNT SNT TC 1A Level II standards and hold certified welding procedure qualifications and welder approvals through internationally recognized third-party agencies, including Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register, TUV-India, and IBR.

Inspection and Evaluation Protocols:

  • Implementation of rigorous quality inspection processes, including 100% inspection and evaluation of new product samples or first articles. Ongoing sampling inspections are performed based on product criticality to ensure consistent quality across categorized commodities.

Supplier Quality Management:

  • Comprehensive supplier assessment framework encompassing new supplier qualification and periodic re-assessments based on performance metrics and overall rating. Development of a ‘Green Channel’ program facilitates self-certified inspections by approved partners, aligned with product criticality, performance, and risk considerations.

Incoming Quality Control:

  • Critical machined components are received with mandatory supplier CMM reports, ensuring dimensional accuracy and conformity at the point of inward receipt.

Quality Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:

  • Dedicated quality clinic facilities are established to address product and system-related issues promptly. Advanced quality tools such as 8D analysis, Multi-Legged Why-Why, Fishbone diagrams, Pareto analysis, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) are utilized for root cause identification and resolution.

Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies:

  • Adoption of Lean Management principles through tools including Just-in-Time (JIT), Kaizen, Gemba walks, Poka-Yoke, and COS dashboards. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts lead focused problem-solving initiatives to drive process optimization and waste reduction. Upgraded our Organisation with 2 Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, 11 Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and 13 Certified Problem solving Champions.

Robust Contract and Process Controls:

  • A thorough contract review system involves cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality expectations. Process documentation includes detailed Product Quality Plans, job-specific quality requirements, standard operating procedures, and requisite forms and formats.

Control of Special Processes:

  • Special processes such as welding, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, and coating are rigorously controlled with validated protocols and defined procedural requirements to guarantee consistent product integrity.

Project Inspection and Third-Party Oversight:

  • Management of project-specific approved Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) with scheduled witness inspections and releases involving customers and third-party inspection bodies like Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register, TUV-India, Intertek, TUV-SUD, and IBR.

Product Validation Testing:

  • Conduct product validation testing, including comprehensive CV testing, performed at government-authorized NABL-accredited laboratories such as FCRI, Palakkad.

Safety Protocols and Controls:

  • Commitment to safety is demonstrated through established Safety Protocols, Safety Miles programs, and   rigorous Safety Controls integrated within operational practices.

Customer Service:

  • Dedicated Customer Service team to deliver prompt, courteous, and effective support to ensure complete    satisfaction. We provide comprehensive after-sales service to assist with any product or service-related   needs. Response times are optimized to ensure timely resolutions, with most inquiries addressed within 24 hours.
