SCHROEDAHL TDC

“Descaling and frequent switching applications”

The TDC is a special-purpose automatic recirculation valve developed for descaling systems and other applications involving frequent start-stop cycles, abrasive media, and high-pressure water. Unlike standard ARVs, the TDC is engineered to withstand: Rapid and repeated switching, Highly erosive descaling water, High pressure reduction with minimal wear. It ensures continuous pump protection while significantly extending valve and pump service life in severe duty conditions.

Key Features:

  • Optimized for frequent switching cycles
  • Wear-resistant, multi-stage bypass trim
  • Automatically modulating bypass function
  • Quick-acting main valve with low noise level
  • Robust forged housing
  • Integrated bypass check valve
  • No external power or control system required
