Waste Water

Final Treatment

After moving from Initial treatment to Sludge treatment‚ the waste enters the final stage of the process. In the final stage of the process‚ waste moves from the final treatment wastewater clarifiers through centrifuges‚ digestion tanks and final thickener addition to discharge. Throughout this portion of the process‚ CIRCOR branded progressing cavity pumps move fluid through sampling pumps and farther downstream. In addition to the expected flow rates and pressures‚ in any application using a progressing cavity or hose pump‚ the chemical composition and expected temperatures are important factors as they influence the stator or tubing within the pump type.
